This matrix is biocompatible, transparent, with a highly porous structure, and is designed to cover any desired shape including hard-to-dress areas and contours of the human body. It is permeable and breathable, allowing fluid and oxygen exchange and providing a protective layer that stays on the wound throughout the healing process with no need to remove or replace. If necessary or desired, further treatment on top of the matrix is allowed.
